7:08 @40kg. Probably need to add weight next time. Happy with that. Wanted another day off so didn't pile on the weight and glad I didn't. Took it steady. Conscious of time but focused on form.

6:29 -Rxd-Pr by 1 second even though I tried to do the first set of OHS unbroken and failed on rep 20. Final set of OhS unbroken. Used grips on TTB which was a mistake, ditched them the final round and it was easier. Equal parts legs, core, lungs, and shoulders! Tough!

Got through round of 15 before neighbor interrupted and did not finish. But, was at 12:06 w/ 115# OHS taken from ground and rested bar on shoulders but never racked or set on ground.

End up doing 21-9-15

Thought I would switch things up a bit and use 55lb dumbbells for the OHS.

Started off ok but then I crashed in the 2nd set only stringing together 2 OHS at a time. Cut it off at 9 then came back with 15 on the last round using only 1 dumbbell.

Totally love this video! Disagree with previous comment on form. Sit-ups were full extension with proper lower back angle at full abdominal contraction which is key. Keep posting as I enjoy showing my kids these videos which helps them see that you can be excited about fitness at any age. I love how they have such a friendly competition even between brothers. Showing more love nowadays and respect especially during “competition” is what we all need more of. Thank you!!!

WHAT ABOUT THE MOVEMENTS

Overhead squat - squatting, upright torso, overhead, moderate load

Toes-to-bar - pulling from the hips, skill (kipping), overhead


WHAT ABOUT THE FORMAT

Tyson says it all in the video


TECHNIQUE SCALE

5 rounds

21 reps each, lower ROM on Toes to bar, lighten up load on OHS, focus on keeping the feet still


CONSISTENCY SCALE

Scale so you can do all the reps unbroken (just barely, though), and then rest in between exercises


INTENSITY SCALE

As is, scale so entire workout is unbroken

So these boys have decided to re-right the movements. Arms do not go backward at the end of the sit-up and this isn't the first time I've seen them deploy incorrect techniques and poor form.

Ok, they were cute the first time you showed a video of them doing a workout. I applaud there enthusiasm, but enough is enough. I feel they are developing bad habits and will, because of it, incur injuries. And when this happens that enthusiasm is going to disappear.

If they are not going to accomplish the movements correctly then quit posting these videos
